You know how we like to keep busy at Steps? On Monday 4 October we open our second new cafe of the year – the first stage of our exciting new partnership with St Andrews Sukhumvit 107

For the first time ever, we will be replicating the complete Steps model on a school campus, by opening both a business and a vocational training centre onsite. Our vision is for a truly inclusive new school model which brings together traditional education and alternative pathways for children who need them.

Just like our other cafes, the St Andrews Sukhumvit 107 cafe will be staffed partly by neurodivergent trainees from the vocational centre. This gives them an invaluable chance to develop social skills, work skills and confidence.

We’re also sticking to our roots with the menu and ethos of the cafe – that means delicious, healthful, accessible food and an eco-friendly approach to all we do.

The cafe will initially only be open to staff at St Andrews Sukhumvit 107 but students, parents and others in the school community will be very welcome once schools reopen.

Watch this space or sign up to our newsletter (see sign up box below) for further announcements about the vocational centre opening!
