Who we are

There are more than 2 million people with disabilities registered in Thailand. Fewer than 25% of them are employed. We are a passionate team of trainers and therapists dedicated to changing this.

Our trainees say…

“Coming to Steps make me less afraid to make new friends and to be friends with teachers. I like that I’m less scared when trying the new things. In the future, I’d like to work in Japan. I want to work in a super market in Tokyo.” – Pin, Vocational Training Programme, Bangkok.
