Steps runs a number of vocational training centres in Bangkok for young people living with neurodiversity, for example autism. We run businesses alongside our vocational centres, including cafes and Business Service Centres, where our trainees can get hands on work experience and develop confidence and social skills.Our vocational centres

Sasin Vocational Centre
Our branch at Sasin School of Management (Chulalongkorn University) offers neurodivergent adults a unique opportunity to attend a Steps university and employment readiness programme onsite at the Sasin campus.

Our vocational centre at St Andrews Sukhumvit 107 is a first for Thailand. We have also opened a cafe onsite for trainees to get work experience. Our vision is for a truly inclusive school campus.

Our education programmes
We welcome learners aged 11 and up who would benefit from an alternative to mainstream education. We’ll tailor learning to suit them and help develop social skills and confidence.

Our coffee shops
We run coffee shops alongside our vocational centres so our trainees can get work experience and build confidence. We serve tasty, nutritious, allergen free food.
