Thailand Advancing Welfare and Employment Reforms for Inclusive Futures

Steps welcomes Thailand’s recent social welfare and labour reforms and the acknowledgement of existing gaps and the desire to close them. We also believe that self-identification and self-advocacy are crucial to increasing employment and the efficacy of support programs.

Steps is now a Certified B Corporation™!

By becoming a Certified B Corporation™, Steps proudly becomes a part of a global collective of businesses, all of which are staunchly dedicated to upholding high benchmarks for societal and environmental impact. Our pledge remains unchanged: to sculpt an inclusive realm where neurodivergent individuals are acknowledged, cherished, esteemed, and empowered.

Our campaign for change

Change doesn’t just happen. We have to take action. Steps is asking its supporters to pledge to do one thing to create a more inclusive world for those with Down’s Syndrome, autism and other Neurodivergent people. Learn more and join us by making a #stepupwithsteps pledge.
