AwardsWe will always strive to be the best for the young people we support. The dedication, professionalism and experience of staff at Steps has been recognised many times through awards and guest speaker appearances.
The team at Steps should be extremely proud of what they have achieved raising vital awareness of SEND in Thailand. I am thrilled to be able to spotlight their hard work and inclusive best practice that is benefiting not only the individuals they support to access education and employment opportunities but also the wider international education and SEND sector.

We have a unique model: we run coffee shops alongside our training centre. These act as spaces for our trainees to get hands on work, increase their confidence and gain social skills. Any profit made goes back into the development and growth of Steps, for the benefit of our trainees.
Everyone, from our vocational trainers to our team of specialists, are qualified to the highest standard, and training programmes are UK-accredited. Our specialists work functionally within training sessions to lend additional support.
