Our fifth – and biggest ever – art auction in partnership with NIST International School has given us serious cause for celebration! With more than 200 guests and 230,000 baht raised for young people with learning differences, we couldn’t have asked for a better result. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us on Friday.

We wanted to extend an extra special Steps thanks to:

  • NIST Arc Relief Crew and their amazing teacher Ms Jess
  • All the talented artists who donated their work, with a special thank you to professional artists Charoen Silpasart, Kitti Narod and Anuwut Apimukmongkon
  • theCOMMONS for giving us space to host the event
  • Little Pea – for joining and offering a play space for any tiny auction attendees
  • ROAST – for doing a last minute pop up bar for us
  • Mr Mick – our MC for 3 years in a row who keeps the crowd spending!

The NIST art auction is one of the most important events on the Steps calendar. Each year NIST students hand down responsibility for the event to the year below, and the whole NIST community comes out in force to support their students and our mission. To date, including this year they have helped us raise 630,000 baht.

The partnership we have extends far beyond one night of the year. Through our partnership with NIST we’ve built a web of supporters who come to our cafes, attend training, join us for education partnerships, become business service partners, and more.
