We are celebrating our 6th birthday and thought there is no better way than to share 6 stories from 6 of our stakeholders! These include a trainee, a graduate, a parent/guardian, a business partner, an employment partner, and our CEO.

Everything we achieve is due to these stakeholders and the various partnerships that evolve from their participation in the mission.

An inclusive community is possible when we are aligned in creating a world that celebrates and values difference. #6YearsOfSteps

“We are so proud of our business and employment partners who are leading the way and even more proud of our trainees and graduates who continue to self-advocate for the value they can bring to any organisation, with the right support.”

With each year that passes, our work gives us the opportunity to witness perceptions changing towards the neurodivergent population alongside companies beginning to see the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce.

We see more companies exploring inclusive employment and acknowledging that representation is only one part of inclusion and that there is more work to be done.

We have conversations about increased employee retention, employee moral, stakeholder representation, and ROI/SROI as impact metrics for inclusion become more important.

The business case for inclusion is more than strong! We are so proud of our business and employment partners who are leading the way and even more proud of our trainees and graduates who continue to self-advocate for the value they can bring to any organisation, with the right support.

Thank you to all our supporters, all the people who make what we do possible, and all the believers.
