We are celebrating our 6th birthday and thought there is no better way than to share 6 stories from 6 of our stakeholders! These include a trainee, a graduate, a parent/guardian, a business partner, an employment partner, and our CEO.
Everything we achieve is due to these stakeholders and the various partnerships that evolve from their participation in the mission.
An inclusive community is possible when we are aligned in creating a world that celebrates and values difference. #6YearsOfSteps

“We are delighted to be part of this program and after working with STEPS trainees just for a short while we found that they could learn very fast and all the assignments have been completed nicely. At BayWa r.e. we value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and we will continue exploring the opportunities to work with STEPS not only to support our business activities but also to encourage the trainees to proudly show their potential and skills in their career and community”

After hearing about our mission via our employment partners, Rembrandt Hotel, BayWa RE were keen to find ways to work together.
Over the past 10 months, BayWa RE has outsourced digitisation of accounting and logistics documents to our Business Service Centre and they also extended the scope of work after seeing the high-quality service our graduates and trainees provide.
Clara, HR Manager, joined us at an event on Inclusive Employment earlier in the year hosted by another partner, the BCCT.
At Steps we believe partnerships are the key to an inclusive society. Whether you start with making your supply chain inclusive or look at putting ERG’s in place, it all matters and is part of the vital steps towards a truly inclusive organisation.
Let’s champion inclusion and celebrate our amazing partners who have taken the first steps!
